Observational constraints on complex quintessence with attractive self-interaction

چکیده
In this paper we consider that dark energy could be described solely by a complex scalar field with Bose-Einstein condensate-like potential (denoted as CSFDE), is, self-interaction and mass term. particular, analyse solution which in fast oscillation regime at late-times behaves Cosmological Constant. Our proposal adequately describes the standard homogeneous flat Fridman dynamics, furthermore, quintessence--complex scenario it is possible to mimic dynamics related energy. However, when precision cosmological tests are implemented landscape, generic Equation-of-State derived for model restricted of a_i (which corresponds scale factor turns on), cannot constrained late-time current observations, since analysis constraints parameters within values ruled out theoretical model. This result clear hint future CSFDE models with, instance, two fields order study early-time Universe.

Observational constraints on thawing quintessence models
We use a dynamical systems approach to study thawing quintessence models, using a multiparameter extension of the exponential potential which can approximate the form of typical thawing potentials. We impose observational constraints using a compilation of current data, and forecast the tightening of constraints expected from future dark energy surveys, as well as discussing the relation of our...
متن کاملRadiative constraints on brane quintessence
We investigate the constraints on quintessence arising from both renormalisable and non-renormalisable couplings where the 5d Planck mass is around the TeV scale. The quintessence field vacuum expectation value is typically of order the 4d Planck mass, while non-renormalisable operators are expected to be suppressed by the 5d Planck mass. Non-renormalisable operators are therefore important in ...
متن کاملObservational constraints on self-accelerating cosmology
The DGP brane-world model provides a simple alternative to the standard LCDM cosmology, with the same number of parameters. There is no dark energy – the late universe self-accelerates due to an infrared modification of gravity. We compute the joint constraints on the DGP model from supernovae, the cosmic microwave background shift parameter, and the baryon oscillation peak in the SDSS luminous...
متن کاملCurvature quintessence matched with observational data
Quintessence issues can be achieved by taking into account higher order curvature invariants into the effective action of gravitational field. Such an approach is naturally related to fundamental theories of quantum gravity which predict higher order terms in loop expansion of quantum fields in curved space-times. In this framework, we obtain a class of cosmological solutions which are fitted a...
متن کاملWmap Constraints on a Quintessence Model *
We use the results from the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) for the locations of peaks and troughs of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) power spectrum, together with constraints from large-scale structure, to study a quintessence model in which the pure exponential potential is modified by a polynomial factor. Our analysis, in the (Ωm, h, ns) cosmological parameters space shows ...
